<description>BIM &amp; Intreegrated project delivery are leading to a up and coming term: Facility Information Modeling. This is essentially &quot;Integrating&quot; the entire facility. Today we talk alot about BIM; modeling and analyzing the building. However, the owner is responsible for more than everything within the walls. They are responsible for everything within the property line.

Today we have acccess to products that help with all of these tasks. Software developers like Autodesk are now taking these products and making them communicate with each other. The result is a complete package to design and operate the entire facility not just the building.
